Lisa is amazing! She keeps us organized and researchs all our destinations for fun facts. She helps me sail L’Aventure and is our mooring and anchoring PRO. Lisa makes sure we are all having fun at what ever activity we choose. Lisa is constantly learning, she becomes a better sailor every adventure!
Fun Facts:
Lisa loves designer sun glasses and cool sun hats!
She also loves to snorkel over shallow reefs!

Captain Randy
I love to sail, L’Aventure is definitely my happy place. My duties consist of navigation, route planning and weather. It is my job to get us all safely to our next destination and now, teach Lisa how I did it :-)
Fun Facts:
I am a weather nerd, love studying the sites and planning our routes.
love trimming our sails like I was racing a 14’ dinghy!
always trying Island food, especially hog fish cooked different ways.
Having a beer to celebrate each completed passage whether it is a day or 4 days.
The Crew:

Talisman is a Norwegian Brig built in the mid 1800s. My Great, Great Grandfather started as chief mate and ended up as captain until his death from yellow fever in Havana. They traded Norwegian timber for West Indies spices. Thanks to Bard at the Bergen Norway Maritime museum for finding a picture from their archives. She was 113' long and around 24' wide with a draft of 11'. I have always wondered where my love of the ocean and sailing came from.
